Open the result

Confirm the file opens in the application your recipient will use. Look for missing pages, damaged images, unexpected rotation or lost text.

Compare important details

Check names, dates, totals and small labels against the original. A successful download does not prove that every detail was preserved.

Keep the source

Store the original separately and record which tool and settings produced the result when the file matters for work.

Try the related browser tools, then inspect the output before using it in your own workflow.
